The Erasmus+ 2026 Call is designed to address the evolving needs of European society while supporting the EU’s broader strategic goals. The call is structured around several core priorities:

Erasmus+ continues to prioritize social inclusion and the reduction of inequalities. It promotes access to education and training for people from disadvantaged backgrounds, those with fewer opportunities, and marginalized groups. Projects that enhance social cohesion, equal opportunities, and inclusivity are encouraged. - Digital Transformation and Education
As digital technologies continue to reshape society, Erasmus+ 2026 focuses on improving digital literacy, enhancing digital education, and supporting digital transformation in education and training systems. Projects that promote digital skills, e-learning, and innovative use of technology in education will be highly valued. - Environmental Sustainability and Green Skills
With a strong emphasis on the Green Deal, the 2026 call also supports initiatives aimed at fostering environmental awareness, sustainable practices, and green skills development. Projects that align with the EU’s sustainability goals, such as those focused on climate change, the circular economy, and environmental protection, will receive priority. - Active Citizenship, Democracy, and Youth Empowerment
The Erasmus+ 2026 Call encourages projects that promote active citizenship, participation in democratic processes, and youth empowerment. This includes initiatives that engage young people in social and political activities, encourage civic participation, and strengthen their voice in shaping society. - Resilience and Innovation in Education and Training
The Erasmus+ 2026 Call highlights the importance of building resilient and innovative education and training systems. Projects that focus on innovative teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and the integration of new educational technologies are key priorities. - International Cooperation
